This morning was not a day to add a new feature. It was simply a border that we had reached after a few weeks of work with the HHI Institute's delivery infrastructure.

Many years of reflection and development led to this climax in the HHI Runtime Core project. We have built a governance process management infrastructure that has been put in place for the systems here, so that the vision of governance can be reached in the correct course.

The main mission of this project is to merge the capabilities required for each governance system without repeating the same code. What was built is now called Runtime's management base for governance.

A major change took place today. This step is not simply the creation of a new functionality, but a clearer separation between infrastructure and audit evidence.

The repetition of the standards of the Runtime Infrastructure is now distinct from its operational Evidence. So systems can get closer to their vision before something escapes, rather than having a system that works after an error.

The HHI Runtime Core project started with the simple goal of unifying the necessary capabilities for several governance systems without repeating the same infrastructure. Today, it is a starting point in this process.

The difference between infrastructure and operational evidence has been a major step in improving our ability to catch up, verify auditability, be portable and survive for the long term. The distinction between the two is crucial: it improves audibility, auditability, portability and subsequent survival.

Repeating the standards of the Runtime Infrastructure has been pushed back from what was previously considered a border. This means that systems can come closer to a closer vision, rather than continuing to escape after something unfortunate.

The first tag Runtime Core was created to mark this crucial step: v0.1.0-runtime-core. This tag is a significant starting point that will allow future versions to be compared in the future.
